Penalty or Tax Payment

TTC and its employees play the role of a corporate service provider. While it is TTC responsibility to prepare the necessary filings, it is the clients responsibility to ensure accuracy and correctness of data being provided. Hence, TTC will not be liable to pay any penalties or taxes on behalf of its clients. Further, TTC is not responsible or liable for any other cost incurred by the client related to the completion of the service that is out of scope.

Factors Outside our Control

Government rejection of a particular filing due to data issue is  beyond the scope of TTC service. Government backlog or problems with the government platforms (e.g. Income Tax website, GST website,  FSSAI website etc ) can lead to long delays before your process is complete there will not be any . Problems like these are beyond our control and are not eligible for refund. Hence, delay in processing of your file by the Government cannot be a reason for refund.

When and how to claim Refunds

TTC offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • Service cancellation before start of processing : In case if any service request is cancelled before start of processing the request, then full refund deducting a cancellation charge of 10% of  service fee will be processed but the timeframe to request for cancel should be within 72 hours from date of request.
  • Service in Progress: Any service which has got moved to the processing stage and then it has been requested for cancellation , only 40% of the service fee collected will be refunded.
  • Non-Refundable service : Any service for which processing work is completed and ready for filing or already filed will not be eligible for any refund. Any filing issue due to clerical errors from TTC  will be processed again  and no extra fees will be charged.

Exceptions

Further, if TTC has spent the time and resources to complete the process  and has incurred any other fee, such fees will be deducted.
Fees, Penalty and other payments paid to the Government will not be refunded irrespective of the stage of the process of the request.

Change of Service

If you want to change the service you ordered for a different one, you can request this change of service within 72 hours from the time of first request. For such case differential value of the fees between the swapped services will be calculated and the total fee will be charged.

Change of Service Receiver

The service once assigned cannot be transferred to a person / entity with different PAN at any point of time.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Support: Email our support team at support@trustedtaxconsultants.com within the eligible refund period. Include nature of service request raised, the reason for your refund request, and any relevant screenshots or documentation.
  • Evaluation: Our team will evaluate your request and may contact you for additional information. We aim to resolve all refund requests within 5-7 business days.
  • Approval: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.
  • Changes to This Policy

    We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed.
    Force Majeure
    TTC shall not be considered in breach of default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the Client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a "Force Majeure Event").
